Things I've built

A mix of infrastructure, machine learning and interactive web — pulled straight from my GitHub.

01

kube-health

Kubernetes HPA autoscaling demo — a React dashboard driving live pods, load-tested with pgbench to watch the cluster breathe under pressure.

KubernetesReactAutoscaling
02

ventilation-system-simulation

A smart-corridor system end to end: ESP32 firmware, hand-written RISC-V assembly, and a React + Three.js 3D visualization of airflow.

ESP32RISC-VThree.js
03

ascon-128-side-channel-analysis

A deep-learning side-channel attack on an ARM implementation of the ASCON-128 cipher — recovering secrets from power traces.

Deep LearningCryptographySecurity
04

plant-disease-classification

A transfer-learning comparative study that reaches 96.96% accuracy with ResNet50 on leaf-disease imagery.

TensorFlowResNet50ML
05

terrorism-analysis

Interactive exploration of the Global Terrorism Database — a React + Three.js spinning globe paired with a Streamlit analytics dashboard.

06

novel-nest

A MERN web app for reading novels online, with Firebase authentication and a clean reader-first experience.

01 — Cloud / Kubernetes

Autoscaling, made visible

A live demo of Kubernetes Horizontal Pod Autoscaling: a React dashboard drives traffic while pgbench hammers the cluster, and you watch pods spin up and settle in real time.

02 — Embedded / 3D Web

A smart corridor, end to end

From silicon to screen: ESP32 firmware and hand-written RISC-V assembly run the ventilation logic, and a React + Three.js scene renders the airflow in 3D.

03 — Security / Deep Learning

Breaking a cipher with ML

A deep-learning side-channel attack on an ARM implementation of the ASCON-128 cipher — training on power traces to recover the secret key from leakage.

04 — Machine Learning

Transfer learning, 96.96%

A comparative study of CNN backbones for leaf-disease classification. ResNet50 fine-tuning wins, and Grad-CAM shows exactly where each model looks before it decides.

05 — Data Visualization

A globe of data

The Global Terrorism Database turned interactive: a React + Three.js spinning globe for exploration, backed by a Streamlit dashboard for the deeper analysis.

03 — About

A bit about me

I'm Muhammad Taha, a computer science student at NUST SEECS in Islamabad, focused on cloud and DevOps engineering. I'm an AWS Certified Solutions Architect — Associate, and I like the part of the job where messy systems become reproducible, observable and boring (in the best way).

I interned at NUST's AI-Enabled Cybersecurity Dome, where I worked on intrusion prevention systems and threat intelligence. That security mindset still shows up in how I build everything else.

Outside of infra I bounce between machine learning, embedded RISC-V, and 3D web — whatever makes the idea tangible. If it can be containerized, automated, or rendered in a browser, I'm interested.
